摘 要:针对光伏组件层压机的加热板支撑梁部件进行SolidWorks热力耦合仿真分析。为使层压机加热板适于采用电加热元件加热以及减重降本,提出采用T型钢作为加热板支撑梁,既能为铺设电加热加热元件留出空间,又能减轻质量及其附加费用,还能保证变形量在工艺要求的范围。文中还对多种尺寸的T型钢抵抗变形的能力进行了分析,确定其中最具经济性和力学性能的T型钢,其与传统H型钢支撑梁结构相比,在最大变形量更小的前提下,总重仍降低858 kg(约40%)。SolidWorks thermo-mechanical coupling simulation analysis is carried out for the heating plate support beam of the photovoltaic module laminator.In order to make the heating plate of the laminator suitable for heating with electric heating elements and reducing weight and cost,this paper proposes to use T-shaped steel as the support beam of the heating plate,which can not only leave space for laying electric heating elements,but also reduce weight and additional costs,and also ensure that the deformation is within the range of process requirements.This paper also analyzes the deformation resistance of various sizes of T-shaped steel,and determines that the T-shaped steel with the most economic and mechanical properties.Compared with the traditional H-shaped steel support beam structure,the total weight is reduced by 858 kg(about 40%)on the premise of smaller maximum deformation.
