摘  要:针对目前齿轮修形仿真仅考虑传递误差最优解的问题,以某款新能源减速器的设计数据为基础,在MASTA中搭建了包含有限元的系统模型,结合仿真和经验公式提出了一种考虑加工公差的快速修形仿真方法。根据经验公式及加工能力制定齿形及齿向鼓形量的设计值及公差,利用软件仿真对压力角、螺旋角修形进行全因子分析,从而得到满足传递误差设计标准下的齿形齿向公差范围。然后按正态分布随机产生修形参数,对设计公差范围进行仿真校核,验证了修形范围的有效性,为减速器修形设计提供新思路。Aiming at the problem that the gear trimming simulation only considers the optimal solution of transmission error,based on the design data of a new energy reducer,this paper builds a system model containing finite elements in MASTA,and combines simulation and empirical formulas to put forward a fast trimming simulation method considering the machining tolerance.According to the empirical formulas and machining capacity,the design values and tolerances of tooth shape and tooth-oriented bulge volume are formulated.Software simulation is used to perform a full factor analysis of the pressure angle screw and rotation angle trimming to obtain the range of tooth shape and tooth direction tolerances that satisfy the transfer error design criteria.According to the normal distribution,the trimming parameters are randomly generated to calibrate the design tolerance range and verify the validity of the trimming range,which provides new ideas for the gearbox trimming design.
