小型手推式垃圾清扫车的设计探究

摘　　要：为了解决公园、小区、校园等道路较窄、人流量较大的区域难清扫、清扫不彻底、二次污染、浪费人力等问题,设计了一款适用于小区域范围内进行清扫作业的小型手推式垃圾清扫车。分别对清扫车整车的布局、传动系统、外观、控制电路、辅助装置进行了设计。设计出来的清扫车结构简单、操作方便、能耗低、清扫率高,具有较高的实用价值。In order to solve the problems of difficult cleaning,incomplete cleaning,secondary pollution,waste of manpower and other problems in parks,community,campuses and other areas with narrow roads and large flow of people,this paper designs a small hand-pushed garbage sweeper for sweeping operations in small areas.The layout,transmission system,appearance,control circuit and auxiliary devices of the vehicle are designed.The designed sweeper is simple in structure,convenient in operation,low in energy consumption,high in sweeping rate,and has high practical value.
