球面副间隙对外球笼耐久性寿命的影响与对策

摘  要:为了改善球面副轴向间隙,分析了球面副间隙对外球笼耐久性寿命的影响,得出球面副径向间隙是形成轴向间隙并成4.9倍放大的关键因素。通过数据计算分析,确定盲目调整钟形壳球道直径来减小直至消除轴向间隙的方式会导致不等速及不对称磨损。提出了合理改善球面副间隙进而改善轴向间隙的方法,为外球笼的设计提供了依据和借鉴。并推导出调整钟形壳球道直径、减小轴向间隙的合理范围计算公式,为实际生产提供了可供计算的数据化解决方案,为改善产品质量提供了可靠的方法。In order to improve the axial clearance of the spherical pair,the effect of the spherical pair clearance on the durability life of the outer CV joint is analyzed,and it is concluded that the radial clearance of the spherical pair is the key factor for the formation of the axial clearance and its enlargement by 4.9 times.Through data calculation and analysis,it is determined that blindly adjusting the diameter of the ball path of the bell-shaped shell to reduce or eliminate the axial clearance will lead to unequal speed and asymmetric wear.The method of improving the axial clearance by rationally improving the spherical pair clearance is proposed,which provides a basis and reference for the design of the outer CV joint.And the calculation formula of reasonable range for adjusting the diameter of the ball path of the bell-shaped shell to reduce the axial clearance is deduced,which provides a data-based solution for the actual production and a reliable method for improving the quality of the product.
