某型飞机起落架收上锁固定螺栓断裂失效研究

摘　　要：某型飞机起落架收上锁用于起落装置系统中主起落架收上时的锁定,在工作中承受主起落架的冲击和飞行时的过载,该产品在使用过程中出现固定螺栓断裂失效的故障,对固定螺栓进行失效分析和仿真分析,研究结果表明:螺栓的设计强度满足使用要求,固定螺栓的失效原因为疲劳断裂,螺栓断面的磨损是造成疲劳断裂的主要原因。在产品装配之前,适当降低螺栓的表面粗糙度,去除表面缺陷,以减小对疲劳强度的影响。The locking of the main landing gear in the landing gear system of an aircraft withstands impact of main landing gear and overload during flight.In the process of its use,the fixed bolt breaks and fails,failure analysis and simulation analysis of fixed bolts are carried out.The results show that the design strengTHof the bolt meets the requirements of use,the failure cause of the fixing bolt is fatigue fracture,and the wear of the bolt section is the main cause of fatigue fracture.Before the product is assembled,the surface roughness of the bolt is appropriately reduced and the surface defects are removed to reduce the impact on fatigue strength.
