摘  要:液压旋转接头主要作用是在旋转过程中不间断地传递液压压力,以实现起落架等部件的收放功能,在外场使用过程中会出现旋转接头的密封部位渗漏油故障。为分析渗漏油故障,结合液压旋转接头工作原理、结构特点,构建故障树进行分析,并开展试验验证。分析结果表明,液压旋转接头孔轴配合间隙严重超差是导致渗漏油故障的主要原因,为降低渗漏油故障的发生概率,孔轴配合间隙极限应控制在0.18 mm以下。The rotary joint is mainly used for transmits hydraulic pressure in the process of rotation,which can realize the retracting and releasing function of landing and other parts.In the process of outfield use,the sealing part of the rotary joint may leak oil.In order to analyze the leakage of oil fault,combined wiTHthe working principle and structural of the rotary joint,the fault tree is constructed for analysis and test verification.The results of analysis show that the serious out-of-tolerance clearance of the hole and shaft is the main reason of the rotary joint oil leakage.In order to reduce the occurrence probability of oil leakage,the limit of hole and shaft clearance should be controlled below 0.18 mm.
