摘　　要：党风廉政建设是高校深化全面从严治党、切实解决管党治党“宽松软”问题的主要抓手。从主体责任出发,强化主体责任意识、深化主体责任担当、明确主体责任践行,是推进高校党风廉政建设的政治保证。从监督责任出发,优化内外监督、常态执纪监督、拓宽监督渠道,是繁荣高校干事创业环境的刚性约束。从制度治党出发,完善党的领导制度、提升制度制定水平、增强制度执行能力,是营造高校健康洁净党内政治生态的制度保证。新时代新征程,确保高校坚持社会主义办学方向,必须深化高校党建引领,落实主体责任,压实监督责任,强化制度治党。The construction of Party conduct and of clean government in universities can be the major effective means to deepen the overall strict governance of the Party and to address the problem of"loose and soft"governance.Starting from the subject responsibility,it is the political guarantee in universities to strengthen the consciousness,to deepen undertaking and to clarify the practice of the subject responsibility for promoting the construction of the Party conduct and clean government.Starting from the supervision responsibility,it is rigid constraints to optimize internal and external supervision,carry out daily discipline supervision and to broaden supervision channels for building the entrepreneurial environment of university officers.Starting from the systematic governance of the Party,it is the institutional guarantee to perfect the Party's leadership system,improve the level of system formulation and enhance the ability of system enforcement for building a healthy and clean intra-party political ecology in colleges and universities.In the new era and new journey,to ensure that colleges and universities adhere to the socialist direction of running schools,we must deepen the guidance of party building in colleges and universities,implement the subject responsibility,consolidate the supervision responsibility,and strengthen the system of Party governance.
