摘 要:针对云南某低品位高自然铜型难选氧化铜矿,分别采用摇床重选、细筛筛选、集中浮选、混合浮选进行探索性试验研究。试验结果表明混合浮选是处理该矿石的最佳选别工艺,当该矿石与其它两矿段矿石以供矿占比为12%进行混合浮选,在生产工艺条件下,闭路试验可以获得回收率为79.43%优良指标,相比集中浮选,回收率提高了17.33%;生产上可以获得铜精矿品位21.29%,回收率91.05%的选矿指标,与生产上该矿石不按特定比例混选相比,铜精矿品位提高了0.81%,回收率提高了0.58%。Aiming at a low grade high-grade natural copper copper oxide ores in Y unnan Province,exploratory experiment were caried out by using shaker gravity separation,fine screening,concentrate flotation and mixed flotation.The results show that mixed flotation is the best separation process for treating the ore.A final manganese concentrate with recovery of 79.43%is obtained after sorting,when mixed flotation with 12%of the other two ore sections under the production process conditions.Compared to the concentrate flotation,the recovery is increased by 17.33%.In production,a copper concentrate with grade of 21.29%and recovery of 91.05%can be obtained.Compared to the ore not mixed with a specifie proportion,the concentrate grade is raised by 0.81%and the recovery is increased by 0.58%.
