摘  要:以真空自耗电弧炉三次熔炼的板坯为主要原料,采用不同的制备工艺制备出板式换热器用纯钛带材,测试其各项力学性能:借助万能力学试验机、杯突试验机、金相显微镜等对纯钛带材的抗拉强度、屈服强度、金相组织、杯突值等进行了表征。结果表明,不同的退火制度可以在一定程度上调制带材的力学性能,当选用630℃+8h的退火工艺时,杯突值为11.3mm,晶粒度达到6级及以上。不同的精整工艺对晶粒度及延伸率、板型及杯突值产生了一定的影响。Pure titanium strips for plate heat exchangers was prepared using slabs melted in three VAR as the main raw material and using different preparation processes.and its physical and mechanical properties were examined.The tensile strength,yield strength,metallographic structure,cupping value and other properties were characterized by universal mechanical testing machines,cupping testing machines,and metallographic microscopes.The results indicate that different annealing systems can modulate the mechanical properties of the strip to a certain extent.When using the annealing process of 630℃+8 h is selected,the cuping value is 11.3 mm,and the grain size reaches level 6 and above,Diferent finishing processes have a certain impact on grain size,elongation,plate shape,and cupping value.
