摘 要:为了解某冶炼厂取用水不足之处,提出合理的节水减排措施,进行了全厂水平衡测试和生产废水水质分析。结果表明:(1)该厂生产污、废水量占生产新水量比值约为12%和14%;(2)该厂各类生产废水水质不适合直接回用,可采用膜前预处理+膜处理的末端减排方式减少废水排放量;(3)通过在循环水池新增空冷节水设备、整改地坑溢流排水、新增膜处理+膜前预处理工艺后,可节约生产新水约39.5%;(4)构建由水平衡示意图、分系统监控图、3D管网图、智慧水务管理报表、专家库系统组成的智慧水务系统,同时完善用水计量设施。提高该厂的水务管理水平。In order to understand the shortcomings of water intake in a smelter,reasonable water-saving and emission reduction measures were proposed,and water balance tests and analysis of production w astewater quality were conducted for the entire plant.The results show that:(1)the proportion of production pollution and w astewater in the factory is about 12%and 14%.(2)The water quality of various production wastewater in the factory is not suitable for direct reuse.It is advisable to adopt a terminal emission reduction method of pre membrane pretreatment+membrane treatment to reduce the amount of wastew ater discharged.(3)By adding air-cooled water-saving equipment in the circulating water tank,rectifying pit overlow drainage,and adding membrane treatment+pre membrane pretreatment processes,approximately 39.5%of new water production can be saved.(4)Build a smart water management system consisting of a water balance diagram,subsystem monitoring diagram,3 D pipeline diagram,smart water management report,and expert database system,while improving water metering facilities.Improve the water management level of the factory.
