摘  要:以某企业氧化矿综合利用工程选矿废水为研究对象,对高盐强碱性选矿废水降COD工艺进行研究。提出了“曝气预处理+混凝沉淀+电氧化深度处理”工艺,探究了生物制剂S003加入量、曝气时间、底泥回流比例、电氧化时间等因素对选矿废水COD去除率的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明生物制剂S003加入量30mL/L、曝气时间40min、混凝沉淀后出水进行电氧化,电氧化时间为90min时,出水COD为386mg/L,满足后续除盐设备要求。The study focuses on the COD reduction process of high salt and strong alk aline beneficiation wastewater in the oxidation ore comprehensive utilization project of a certain mining limited liability company.The process of“aeration pretreatment+coagulation sedimentation+electro oxidation advanced treatment”was proposed。The effects of factors such as biological,agent S003 dosage,aeration time,bottom mud reflux ratio,and electro oxidation time on the COD removal rate of beneficiation wastewater were invest igated.The optimal process conditions were obtained.The results showed that when the biological,agent S003 dosage was 30 mL/L,the aeration time was 40min,and the electro oxidation time was 90 min,the COD of the effluent was 386 mg/L.This result met the requirements of subsequent desalination equipment.
