摘  要:有源分压器的高准确度对电子电路采用的元件性能和研究人员设计能力要求较高,为了提高现有工频电压比例标准的误差精度要求,降低电子电路设计复杂度,提出一种高准确度有源补偿分压器,该分压器大幅降低由有源器件带来的误差和不稳定性。重点阐述有源电容分压器的补偿方法,并对有源补偿性分压器的主分压器、补偿电容分压器以及各部分的测试方法进行详细介绍。根据实际测试结果,该有源电容式分压器整体在工频条件下测量误差小于0.02%,比值差测量不确定度为19×10^(-6),相位差测量不确定度为18μrad。The high accuracy active voltage divider has higher requirements on the component performance of the electronic circuit and the design ability of the researcher.In order to improve the error accuracy requirements of the existing high precision voltage proportional standards and reduce the complexity of electronic circuit design,this paper proposes a high accuracy active compensating voltage voltage divider,which greatly reduces the error and instability caused by the active device.It also expounds the compensation method of the active capacitor divider,and introduces the main voltage divider of the active compensating voltage divider,the compensation capacitor divider and the test methods of each part in detail.According to the actual test results,the measurement error of the active capacitor divider is better than 0.02%under power frequency,the uncertainty of ratio difference measurement is 19×10^(-6) and and the uncertainty of phase difference measurement is 18μrad.
