摘　　要：军政关系的和谐,对于推动抗战胜利有着至关重要的作用。全面抗战时期,中国共产党领导的军政机关在太行根据地采取了一系列措施。八路军通过拥政爱民、加强地方武装、协助抗日政府和提升军队干部素质等,为抗日民主政权提供安全保障;抗日民主政府通过广泛动员民众参军支前、拥军优属等,为八路军提供全方位支持。良好的军政关系为八路军的发展壮大,为太行抗日根据地的巩固发展,为抗日战争的胜利做出了重要贡献,积累了宝贵的经验。The harmony between the military and the government plays a vital role in promoting the victory of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.During the war of resistance against Japanese aggression by the whole nation,the military and political organs led by the Communist Party of China carried out a series of measures in the Taihang base area for resistance against Japanese aggression.The Eighth Route Army provided security for the war of resistance against Japanese aggression by supporting the government and loving the people,strengthening local armed forces,assisting the democratic government and improving the quality of army cadres.The democratic government provided all-round support for the Eighth Route Army by extensively mobilizing the people before joining the army,supporting the army and respecting the families.Good military and political relationship made important contributions to the development and growth of the Eighth Route Army,the consolidation of the Taihang base area for resistance against Japanese aggression,and the victory of the War of Resistance against Japanese aggression,and also accumulated valuable experience.
