中共党史英译中的译者主体性:表征、内涵与规限——以“抗日”相关语汇英译文的历时演变为例

摘　　要：文章聚焦中共党史著作中“抗日”相关语汇英译文的历时演变,深入阐析相关语汇英译文历时演变背后的社会动因,借鉴哲学阐释学和接受美学的相关概念,尝试探究英译文历时演变中译者主体性的表征、内涵与规限。研究发现,中共党史核心语汇英译文的历时演变是国家翻译机构译者因应社会历史语境变迁的必然选择,是彰显译者主体性的自然结果。中共党史英译中,译者能动性是译者的标记状态,译者受动性是译者的默认状态,理解的历史性为译者发挥能动性提供哲学理据,文本的确定性则为译者的能动性施加规限,构成译者的受动性。The study focuses on the evolution of the English translation of kangri-related expressions in works on CPC history,analyzes the social motives behind and tries to examine the representation,connotation and limitation of the translator’s subjectivity in the evolution by drawing on relevant underpinnings in philosophical hermeneutics and reception aesthetics.It is found that the evolution of the English translation of the core terms in works on CPC history results from the response of the translators in the state translation agencies to changes in socio-historical contexts and the manifestation of the translator’s subjectivity.In the translation of CPC history,the translator’s initiative is marked while the translator’s passivity is the default.The historicity of understanding constitutes the philosophical justification for the translator’s initiative,while the determinacy of text,imposing restrictions on the translator’s initiative,constitutes the translator’s passivity.
