摘 要:功能性及舒适性兼备的内衣面料开发一直是纺织服装的研究热点,文中以具备保湿、抗菌等优异功效的芦荟凝胶作为整理剂对棉针织内衣进行后整理,探究不同工艺参数对面料芦荟整理效果的影响,并对不同增重率的整理面料进行服用性能测试评价。研究表明:芦荟凝胶整理中的有效成分是芦荟蒽醌与芦荟多糖,在芦荟凝胶浓度为7%、60℃处理温度条件下整理30 min,可以达到最高面料增重率。经过芦荟凝胶整理后面料的亲水性普遍提高,透气性无较大差异,但其蓬松丰满度略微下降,面料表面较为光滑,滑糯度减小,接触冷感变强,而当芦荟凝胶浓度较低时,不会对面料的柔软性产生较大影响。The development of functional and comfortable underwear fabric has always been a research focus of textile and clothing.In this paper,thealoe gel with excellent moisturizing and antibacterial effects was used as finishing agent to finish cotton knitted underwear,and the influence of different process parameters on the finishing effect was explored.The wearability of finished fabrics containing dfferent aloe gel attachment rates was tested and evaluated.The study shows that the effective ingredients in aloe gel finishing are aloe anthraquinone and aloe polysaccharide,and the highest aloe gel attachment rate can be achieved under the condition of aloe gel finishing at the concentration of 7%and the treatment temperature of 60℃ for 30 minutes.After finishing with aloe gel,the hydrophilicity of the fabric is generally improved,but the air permeability is not significantly changed,and the fluffiness and fullness of the fabric is slightly decreased,the surface of the fabric is relatively smooth,the smoothness and waxy degree of the fabric is reduced,and the cold contact feeling becomes stronger.However,when the aloe gel concentration is low,the softness of the fabric will not be greatly affected.
