摘  要:铜具有广谱抗菌效果,将铜作为抗菌剂加入纤维中可生产铜系抗菌纺织品,但过量铜可通过服装接触皮肤进入人体,会给人体健康带来潜在危害。目前国内标准仅对纺织品中可萃取铜含量进行检测评价,缺少对纺织品中总铜含量的检测方法和评价要求。文章采用微波消解前处理,建立电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定纺织品中总铜的方法。试验结果显示:采用ICP-OES在324.754 nm处进行测定,其标准曲线的相关系数R^(2)为0.9995,检出限为0.231 mg/L,定量限为0.769 mg/L,准确度为91.4%~102.0%,精密度为0.8%~1.1%;该方法操作简便、准确率高、稳定性好,可为评价铜系抗菌纺织品安全性提供一定的方法支持。Copper has a broad spectrum antibacterial effect,which can be used as antibacterial agent to produce copper antibacterial textiles.However,excessive copper can enter the body through clothing contact with the skin,which may bring potential health hazards.At present,the domestic standards only detect and evaluate the extractable copper content in textiles,where is lack detection methods and evaluation requirements for the total copper content in textiles.In this paper,a method for the determination of total copper in textiles by ICP-OES was established by microwave digestion pretreatment.The results show that when measured by ICP-OES at 324.754 nm,the correlation coefficient R^(2)of standard curve is 0.9995,the LOD is 0.231 mg/L,the LOQ is 0.769 mg/L,the accuracy is 91.4%~102.0%,and the precision is 0.8%~1.1%.This method is simple,accurate and stable,which can provide a method support for evaluating the safety of copper antibacterial textiles.
