钢轨打磨车砂轮实验室内磨削特性及其与现场使用效果的相关性分析

摘  要:利用钢轨打磨仿真试验台,对不同厂家、不同类型钢轨打磨车砂轮的磨削性能进行了测试,并结合其现场使用效果进行了相关性分析。结果表明:超硬复合砂轮的使用寿命是普通砂轮的2倍左右,但打磨时需要提供更大的打磨压力,也会产生更高的温升;打磨后工件温度的室内测试结果与现场使用效果具有一致性,试验后工件温度远超过150℃的砂轮,现场使用极有可能导致钢轨烧伤发蓝;砂轮平均打磨里程(使用寿命)s与打磨功率占比30%时的砂轮磨耗量W之间近似呈反比例函数的关系。The grinding properties of different manufacturers and different types of grinding wheels for rail grinding vehicles were tested by rail grinding simulation test bench,and the correlation analysis was carried out based on the on-site use effect.The results show that the service life of super-hard composite grinding wheel is about two times that of ordinary grinding wheel,but it needs to provide greater grinding pressure and produce higher temperature rise during grinding.The laboratory test results of the workpiece temperature after grinding have a consistent relationship with the on-site use effect.If the workpiece temperature exceeds 150℃after the test,the grinding wheel is very likely to cause rail burn and blue when used on-site.The relationship between the average grinding mileage of grinding wheel(service life)s and the grinding wheel wear W under 30%of the motor power is approximately an inverse proportional function.
