摘  要:基于CRH1A-A型动车组运用过程中发生的意外解钩故障,从故障发生逻辑、电气原理、车钩结构等方面进行了分析研究。总结了运用过程中造成重联动车组报意外解钩故障的4方面原因,提出了CRH1A-A型动车组车钩运用检修优化标准及意外解钩故障的防控措施。Based on the accidental uncoupling failure of CRH1A-A type EMU during operation,the failure occurrence logic,electrical principle and coupler structure were analyzed and studied.In this paper,the four causes of the accidental uncoupling failure of reconnected train units in the process of operation were summerized,and the optimization standard of maintenance and maintenance of the coupler of CRH1A-A type EMU and the prevention and control measures of the accidental uncoupling failure were put forward.
