摘  要:随着水泥企业氮氧化物超低排放工程(主要为SCR脱硝技术路径)的推广普及,众多水泥企业的生产管理者越来越关注建设SCR系统给原生产线带来的阻力增加,如何优化设计与系统集成技术的最佳匹配是众多环保科技工作者重点要解决的问题。文章简要介绍了在建设SCR系统的时候,科学设置测压点对于系统压差尤其是SCR反应器压差的测定准确性和生产管理准确调度都非常有意义。With the popularization of cement enterprises to build ultra-low nox emission projects(mainly for SCR denitrification technology path),the production managers of cement enterprises are more and more concerned about the increased resistance brought by the construction of SCR system to the original production line.How to optimize the design and the best match of system integration technology will be the focus of the majority of environmental science and technology workers to solve.This paper briefly introduces that when constructing SCR project,scientific setting of pressure measuring points is very meaningful for the accuracy of system pressure differential data,especially for the accuracy of SCR reactor pressure differential data and the accurate scheduling of production management.
