摘 要:采用重烧氧化镁、磷酸二氢钾制备磷酸镁水泥,在其中复掺适量的粉煤灰和微碳铬铁粉渣,研究了两种矿物掺合料对磷酸镁水泥工作性能、抗压强度、粘结强度、耐水性能的影响,探究其微观的组分与结构。研究结果表明:掺入矿物掺合料可以有效改善其工作性能,加快磷酸镁水泥早期抗压强度的发展且有利于提高后期强度,增强磷酸镁水泥的粘结强度,同时对MPC材料耐水性的提高起到较大作用。By adding an appropriate amount of mineral admixture,the performance of magnesium phosphate cement can be improved and the preparation cost can be reduced.Magnesium phosphate cement was prepared by reburning magnesium oxide and potassium dihydrogen phosphate.The effects of two mineral admixtures on the working performance,compressive strength,bond strength and water resistance of magnesium phosphate cement were studied by adding appropriate amount of fly ash and micro-carbon ferrochrome slag.The results show that the incorporation of mineral admixtures can effectively improve its working performance,accelerate the development of early compressive strength of magnesium phosphate cement and is conducive to the improvement of later strength,enhance the bonding strength of magnesium phosphate cement,and play a very important role in improving the water resistance of MPC materials.
