速凝剂与水泥适应性对喷射混凝土施工影响研究

摘  要:速凝剂作为喷射混凝土的关键外加剂,与水泥的适应性对喷射混凝土的施工性能起重要作用。以沙南高速公路某标段喷射混凝土质量事故为例,研究该项目喷射混凝土质量事故的主要原因,并解决问题。结果表明水泥熟料中的C3A含量过高且不稳定,与无碱液体速凝剂(硫酸铝)适应性差,初终凝时间延长,易导致喷射混凝土出现大面积掉块现象,需要调整速凝剂配方以解决。As a key admixture of shotcrete,the adaptability of quick-setting agent and cement plays an important role in the construction performance of shotcrete.Taking the shotcrete quality accident of a bid section of Shanan Expressway as an example,the main causes of the shotcrete quality accident of the project were studied and the problem was solved.The results show that the C3A content in cement clinker is too high and unstable,and the adaptability of alkali-free liquid quick-setting agent(aluminum sulfate)is poor,and the initial and final setting time is prolonged,which can easily lead to large-scale block drop in shotcrete,and the quick-setting agent formula needs to be adjusted to solve the problem.
