摘　　要：以实际工程为案例,通过该项目工程的施工工艺流程,利用混凝土的浇筑方法对其中的两栋楼设计实验,分析影响混凝土施工质量的因素,做出相应的安全质量管理改进措施,以便为类似工程项目提供参考。This article focuses on the safety and quality management during the construction phase of the house,and constructs specific improvement measures.The quality management during the construction phase of the house is mainly reflected in the cast-in-place concrete construction technology.Taking an actual project as a case study,through the construction process of the project,two buildings were designed and tested using concrete pouring methods.The factors affecting the quality of concrete construction were analyzed,and corresponding safety and quality management improvement measures were made to provide reference for similar engineering projects.
