无废城市背景下塑料污染治理的对策建议——以南京市为例

摘　　要：塑料作为一种重要的基础材料,已经广泛应用于经济社会生产生活的方方面面,给人们生产生活带来诸多便利的同时,也带来了巨大的环境影响挑战。笔者以南京市为例,通过分析塑料污染治理现状,参考借鉴国内其他城市治理经验,得出治理的思路和新方向,并据此提出下一步治理的对策建议,以期为“无废城市”建设提供一些参考。Plastic,as a crucial foundational material,has been widely utilized in various aspects of economic and social production,bringing numerous conveniences to people's lives.However,it has also posed significant environmental challenges.Taking Nanjing City as an example,the author analyzes the current state of plastic pollution control,referencing and learning from the governance experiences of other domestic cities.The analysis leads to the formulation of strategies and new directions for plastic pllution control.Based on this,recommendations for the next steps in governance are proposed,aiming to provide insights for the construction of a“zero waste city.”
