摘 要:本文建立了一种基于气相色谱-质谱分析的1-癸烯迁移量测试方法,为食品接触用塑料制品中1-癸烯的检验检测提供依据。迁移实验中,选用正己烷作为食品模拟物,迁移温度设定为60℃,迁移时间2 h,迁移试液采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行检测。结果表明,目标分析物在5~100µg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性较好,线性相关系数(R^(2))为0.9996,定量限为0.005 mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为87.4%~106.0%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.4%。该方法快速、准确且灵敏度高,适用于食品接触用塑料制品中1-癸烯迁移量的测定。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis method for 1-decene has been established to provide a methodological basis for the detection of 1-decene migration in plastic products for food contact.In the migration experiment,n-hexane was selected as the food simulant,the migration temperature was set to 60℃,the migration time was 2 h,and the migration test solution was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.The results showed that the target analytes showed good linearity in the concentration range of 5~100µg·L^(-1) with the linear correlation coefficient(R^(2))of 0.9996.The limit of quantification was 0.005 mg·kg^(-1),and the recoveries were in the range of 87.4%~106.0%with the relative standard deviations of 2.1%~3.4%.The method is fast,accurate,and highly sensitive,and is available for the detection of 1-decene migration in plastic products for food contact.
