摘 要:针对常被用作防切割纱线原材料的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维和芳纶所存在的吸湿性差、染色困难及成本高等问题。以高强高模PVA纤维为原料制备了PVA短纤纱(31.11 tex、44.44 tex、58.89 tex)、PVA/钨丝包芯纱(29.53 tex)、PVA/玻纤包芯纱(29.53 tex),并制备了具有防切割功能的织物。通过拉伸测试和可染性试验,探究短纤纱的力学性能、温度敏感性、染色性和包芯纱的耐折性;通过防切割测试、耐撕裂测试、耐磨性能测试,探究防割用PVA织物的综合性能。研究结果表明:与PVA/玻纤包芯纱相比,PVA/钨丝包芯纱具有更好的耐折性能;PVA纱线耐温性优于超高分子量聚乙烯纱线,且具有良好的染色性;短纤纱织物防切割综合使用性能与纱线力学性能呈正相关;PVA/钨丝包芯纱织物防切割综合性能最优,可达5级防切割性能。At present,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber and aramid fiber are generally used as the raw materials for anti-cutting yarns,which have the disadvantages of poor moisture absorption,poor dyeability and high cost.High-strength and high-modulus PVA fibers were selected as the raw material to prepare PVA sta-ple yarns(31.11 tex,44.44 tex,58.89 tex),PVA/tungsten core-spun yarns(29.53 tex),PVA/glass fiber core-spun yarns(29.53 tex),and anti-cutting fabrics were also prepared.The mechanical properties,temperature sensitivi-ty,dyeability and folding resistance of staple fiber yarns and core yarns were investigated by tensile test and dye-ability test;the comprehensive performance of anti-cutting PVA fabrics was investigated by anti-cutting test,tear-resistant test and abrasion-resistant test.The results show that:compared with PVA/glass fiber core-spun yarn,PVA/tungsten core-spun yarn has a better folding resistance;PVA yarn has a better temperature sensitivity than UHMWPE yarn,and has a good dyeing properties;the comprehensive performance of anti-cutting fabrics has a positive correlation with the mechanical properties of yarns;the comprehensive performance of anti-cutting fabrics of PVA/tungsten core-spun yarns is optimal and can reach the anti-cutting performance of grade 5.
