摘 要:为解决较低甲醛浓度下纳米催化材料效率低的问题,设计了集甲醛吸附降解催化于一体的功能型复合纳米纤维材料,以提高对甲醛的催化效率。通过水热原位生长法在SiO_(2)纳米纤维上生长ZIF-8纳米颗粒,并采用原位合成法合成水钠锰矿型MnO_(2)制备出MnO_(2)-ZIF-8-SiO_(2)多孔纳米纤维材料。研究ZIF-8纳米颗粒与水钠锰矿型MnO_(2)协同催化降解甲醛性能,结果表明:ZIF-8-SiO_(2)在生长8 h时,纤维上的ZIF-8呈现立方体结构且分布均匀为较佳生长时间;此外在浴比为1:1000时,通过动力学分析MnO_(2)-ZIF-8-SiO_(2)多孔纳米纤维材料动力学常数k达1.72×10^(-1)h^(-1),并且甲醛降解率可达72.2%,说明纤维材料负载ZIF-8后的MnO_(2)-ZIF-8-SiO_(2)多孔纳米纤维材料对甲醛的降解性能较好。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of nano-catalyst materials at low formaldehyde con-centration,a functional composite nano-fiber material was designed to improve the catalytic efficiency of form-aldehyde by combining adsorption and degradation of formaldehyde.ZIF-8 nanoparticles were grown on SiO_(2)nanofibers by hydrothermal in-situ growth method,MnO_(2)-ZIF-8-SiO_(2)porous nanofiber material was prepared by in-situ synthesis of manganite type MnO_(2).A functional composite nanofiber material integrating formalde-hyde adsorption and degradation catalysis were implemented,which has important research value in gas purifi-cation.The synergistic catalytic degradation of formaldehyde by ZIF-8 nanoparticles and manganite MnO_(2)was studied.The results showed that when ZIF-8-SiO_(2)grew for 8 h,the best growth time is that ZIF-8 on fiber pres-ents cubic structure and is evenly distributed.In addition,when the bath ratio is 1:1000,the kinetic constant k of MnO_(2)-ZIF-8-SiO_(2)porous nanofiber material is 1.72×10^(-1)h^(-1),and the degradation rate of formaldehyde can reach 72.2%,which indicates that the MnO_(2)-ZIF-8-SiO_(2)porous nanofiber material loaded with ZIF-8 has better degradation performance to formaldehyde.
