摘 要:在手抄纸的制备过程中添加不同含量的棉纤维和木质纤维微纳米纤维素,研究在手抄纸中分别添加不同种类的微纳米纤维素及其添加量对纸张抗性能的影响。分别以棉浆板和漂白阔叶木浆板为原料,经过低共熔溶剂(DES)预处理,再采用高压均质机械解离方式,制备棉纤维和木质纤维微纳米纤维素。抄纸过程中,棉纤维微纳米纤维素的添加量分别为0、2.5%、5%;木质纤维微纳米纤维素的添加量分别为2.5%、5%。棉纤维微纳米纤维素的添加量为5%时抄纸的综合性能最好,耐破指数由3.20 kPa·m^(2)/g增加至3.69 kPa·m^(2)/g,抗张指数由30.71 N·m/g提高至36.71 N·m/g,不透明度由86.37提高至87.96。实验表明:两种微纳米纤维素的添加均可提高纸张耐破指数和抗张指数,为天然微纳米纤维素改性抄纸性能奠定了基础。Different contents of cotton fiber and wood fiber micro-nanocellulose were added in the preparation process of hand-made paper,and the effects of different kinds of micro-nanocellulose and its addition amount on the resistance of paper were studied.Micro-nanocellulose of cotton fiber and wood fiber were prepared from cot-ton pulp board and bleached-broadleaf wood pulp board,respectively,after pretreatment with low eutuity sol-vent(DES),followed by high pressure homogenization and mechanical dissociation.In the process of making paper,the additional amount of cotton fiber micro-nanocellulose was 0,2.5%and 5%,respectively.The addi-tional amount of lignocellulose and micro-nanocellulose were 2.5%and 5%respectively.The results showed that when the cotton fiber micro-nanocelluloses content was 5%,the physical comprehensive performance of pa-per was the best,the bursting index increased from 3.20 kPa·m^(2)/g to 3.69 kPa·m^(2)/g,the tensile index increased from 30.71 N·m/g to 36.71 N·m/g,and the opacity increased from 86.37 to 87.96.The experimental results showed that the addition of two kinds of micro-nanocellulose could improve the breaking index and tensile in-dex of paper,which laid a foundation for the modified properties of natural micro-nanocellulose paper.
