阿奇霉素成功治疗婴儿毛发红糠疹一例

摘　　要：患儿,男,8个月龄。周身鳞屑性红斑伴掌跖角化1个月余。皮损组织病理示角化过度伴角化不全,颗粒层增厚,表皮银屑病样增生,轻度细胞间水肿,真皮乳头上延,毛细血管扩张,血管周围少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断为毛发红糠疹。阿奇霉素口服和外用药物治疗1个月后,原有斑丘疹、斑块变平,鳞屑明显减少,掌跖角化消退,无新疹发生,无抓痕,饮食睡眠好转。An 8-month-old male child presented with generalized scaly erythematous plaques accompanied by palmar and plantar hyperkeratosis persisting for over one month.Biopsy of skin lesions revealed hyperkeratosis with parakeratosis,granulosa thickening,epidermal psoriatic hyperplasia,mild intercellular edema,dermal papillary extension,telangiectasia,and a small amount of perivascular lymphocyte infiltration The diagnosis of pityriasis rubra pilaris was made.The child was treated with oral azithromycin and topical medications and the maculopapules subsided,scales decreased significantly,palmar and plantar keratosis subsided,no new rash occurred,diet and sleep improved after treatment for 1 month.
