船闸墩墙单模支设技术在涑河景观闸中的应用

摘　　要：为排除安全隐患,改善河道行洪条件和水生态环境,对涑河1号景观闸中的船闸部分进行拆除重建。为解决新旧墩墙衔接处无法平行问题,通过方案比选,选定墙面植筋对拉模板联合钢管支撑支护方案。通过对原混凝土墙体打孔并进行化学胶液植筋,待植筋固定后,焊接对拉丝进行单面模板的支设,配合钢管进行加固及过程纠偏调试,高效地完成闸墩浇筑,节约工期,减少投资,对类似施工有较好的借鉴价值。In order to eliminate the hidden safety issues and improve flood conditions and water ecological environment,it implemented No.1 landscape lock removal and rebuilt construction in Suhe River.In order to solve the problem that the new and old pier walls cannot be parallel,through the scheme comparison and selection,the wall planting reinforcement and drawing formwork combined steel pipe support scheme is selected.By drilling holes in the original concrete wall and planting steel bars with chemical glue,after the planting steel bars are fixed,welding is done to set single-sided formwork for wire drawing,and reinforcement and process correction and debugging are carried out with steel pipes.The sluice pier pouring is completed efficiently,saving time and reducing costs,and the construction of similar projects has good reference value.
