摘　　要：重大水利工程建设具有规模大、周期长、投资多的特点,整个建设过程中会产生大量的档案。工程档案作为记录工程项目施工、建设管理全过程的重要载体,其重要意义不言而喻。本文通过介绍小清河防洪综合治理胶东调水工程全周期档案管理的主要做法和作用发挥,为后续水利工程档案管理提供参考和借鉴。The construction of major water resources projects has the characteristics of large scale,long cycle and huge investment,and a large number of files will be produced in the whole construction process.As an important carrier to record the whole process of construction execution and management,the significance of engineering files is self-evident.This paper introduces the main practice and function of the file management in Xiaoqing River comprehensive flood control and water diversion to Jiaodong project in the whole cycle,providing reference for the file management of subsequent water projects.
