摘 要:以多层氧化石墨烯(GO)为原料,羟丙基纤维素(HPC)为骨架,采用溶剂热法制备还原氧化石墨烯复合海绵的前驱物——三维还原氧化石墨烯复合水凝胶。考察分散液配比、置换程度、pH、反应时间与温度、HPC添加量等因素对水凝胶成型性的影响。结果表明:分散液中无水乙醇与去离子水最佳配比为1∶1;离心时间30min、置换次数6次时层间水分置换最彻底;pH=8、反应温度210℃、时间14h、HPC添加量10mg时制备效果最佳。Three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide composite hydrogel,a precursor of reduced graphene oxide composite sponge,was prepared by solvothermal method with multilayer graphene oxide(GO)as raw material and hydroxypropyl cellulose(HPC)as skeleton.The effects of the ratio of dispersion solution,displacement degree,pH value,reaction time and temperature,and HPC addition on the formability of hydrogels were investigated.The results showed that the optimal ratio of anhydrous ethanol to deionized water in the dispersion was 1∶1.When the centrifugation time was 30min and the displacement frequency was 6 times,the interlayer water displacement was the most thorough.The best preparation effect was achieved when pH was 8,reaction temperature was 210℃,time was 14h,and HPC addition was 10mg.
