摘  要:以碳化硼、炭黑和氧化锆粉末为原料,在氩气气氛条件下采用碳热还原法合成ZrB_(2)超细粉末。研究了反应温度对合成ZrB_(2)粉末的烧失率、物相组成和显微形貌的影响,同时对合成机理进行初步探讨。在此基础上,以Al_(2)O_(3)、Y_(2)O_(3)、AlN等添加剂作为烧结助剂,对合成的ZrB_(2)粉末进行烧结性能研究。结果表明,在反应温度为1500~1600℃合成条件下,采用碳热还原法在氩气气氛中成功合成了ZrB_(2)超细粉末。在本实验条件下合成ZrB_(2)粉末的最适条件为1550℃保温1.5h。在1500℃以上所合成的ZrB_(2)粉末样品的显微形貌主要由一定量的片状颗粒和近似球状颗粒组成。在1600℃下保温120min所得ZrB_(2)陶瓷烧结体的表面与断口显微结构均比较致密,说明在本实验条件下合成的ZrB_(2)超细粉末具有较好的烧结活性和烧结性能。ZrB_(2)ultrafine powder was synthesized by carbothermal reduction method under argon atmosphere using boron carbide,carbon black and zirconia powder as raw materials.The effect of reaction temperature on the ignition loss rate,phase composition and microstructure of synthesized ZrB_(2)powders was studied,and the synthesis mechanism was discussed.On this basis,the sintering properties of the synthesized ZrB_(2)powders were studied using additives such as Al_(2)O_(3),Y_(2)O_(3),AlN as sintering aids.The results showed that ZrB_(2)ultrafine powder was successfully synthesized by carbothermal reduction method in argon atmosphere at the reaction temperature of 1500~1600℃.Under the experimental conditions,the optimum condition for synthesizing ZrB_(2)powder was 1550℃with a holding time of 1.5h.The microscopic morphology of ZrB_(2)powder samples synthesized above 1500℃was mainly composed of a certain amount of flake particles and approximately spherical particles.The surface and fracture microstructure of ZrB_(2)ceramics sintered at 1600℃for 120min were relatively dense,indicating that the ZrB_(2)ultrafine powder synthesized under the experimental conditions had good sintering activity and sintering performance.
