摘  要:采用化学发泡法和辐照交联工艺成功制备了一系列聚乙烯/双酚A环氧树脂/双氰胺(LDPE/E-20/DCD)复合发泡材料,探究了E-20/DCD固化含量对LDPE/E-20/DCD复合发泡材料的表观密度、凝胶含量、力学性能、吸水率和隔音性能的影响。结果表明,当E-20/DCD固化含量为10%时,LDPE/E-20/DCD复合发泡材料具有较优的综合性能。相比纯辐照交联聚乙烯发泡材料(IXPE)发泡材料,其表观密度提高2.7%,凝胶含量提高5.9%,拉伸强度提高36.6%,压缩强度提高23.4%,压缩模量提高11.8%,硬度提高61.2%,隔声指数提高22.5%,同时具有优异的泡孔结构。A series of polyethylene/epoxy resin/dicyandiamide(LDPE/E-20/DCD)composite foam materials were successfully prepared by chemical foaming method and irradiation cross-linking technique.The effects of E-20/DCD curing content on the apparent density,gel content,mechanical properties,water absorption and sound insulation properties of LDPE/E-20/DCD composite foam materials were investigated.The results showed that LDPE/E-20/DCD composite foam material doped with 10%E-20/DCD had better comprehensive properties.Compared with pure irradiation cross-linked IXPE foam material,the apparent density,gel content,tensile strength,compression strength,compression modulus,hardness,and sound insulation index of LDPE/E-20/DCD composite foam material were increased by 2.7%,5.9%,36.6%,23.4%,11.8%,61.2%,and 22.5%,respectively.It also possessed an excellent cellular structure.
