摘 要:以麦秆为原料,采用对甲基苯磺酸(p-TsOH)结合酶辅助超声处理制备木质纤维素纳米纤丝(LCNFs),通过真空抽滤制备LCNFs过滤膜(LCNF-FM)。研究LCNF-FM的微观形貌、纯水通量、润湿性及对微纳米粒子的过滤性能。结果表明,LCNF-FM由相互交联的纳米纤维网络组成,平均孔径为30.2nm。该过滤膜对细菌及纳米TiO_(2)颗粒均具有良好的截留作用。初步应用于红葡萄酒过滤除菌,其对红葡萄酒中有效成分的保留率均在84%以上,对葡萄酒品质影响不大。该LCNFs及其过滤膜的制备方法绿色环保,在农业废弃物的资源化利用及水处理、食品饮料的净化等方面具有广泛的应用前景。Lignocellulose nanofibrils(LCNFs)were prepared from wheat straw using p-TsOH combined with enzymatic-assisted ultrasonic treatment,and then LCNFs filter membrane(LCNF-FM)was prepared by vacuum filtration.The microstructure,pure water flux,wettability and filtration performance against micro-nano particles of the LCNF-FM were studied.The results showed that LCNF-FM was composed of cross-linked nanofiber networks with an average pore diameter of 30.2nm.The filter membrane had good retention effect on both bacteria and TiO_(2)nanoparticles.LCNF-FM was preliminarily used to filtrate red wine,and the retention rate of effective ingredients in red wine was above 84%without affecting the wine quality significantly.This paper provided a green and environmental method to prepare LCNFs and corresponding filter membrane,which had a great potential for applications in the utilization of agricultural waste resources,as well as in water treatment,food and beverage purification and so on.
