摘  要:为了提高玉溪大红山矿业有限公司三选厂铁系列铁精矿品质,满足销售要求,针对铁系列原矿性质变化,通过试验研究,在铁系列三段弱磁选后增加了全自动淘洗磁选机和全磁盘式尾矿回收机提质降硅工艺。生产实践表明:全自动淘洗磁选机具有较高的选别效率,铁精矿品位提升了3个百分点以上,获得的铁精矿品质优于使用传统弱磁选机分选指标,有效降低了铁精矿产品中的二氧化硅含量,增强了生产组织应变能力,提高了铁精矿产品质量,经济效益显著。In order to improve the quality of iron concentrate and meet the sales requirements of the iron series of the third concentrator of Yuxi Dahongshan Mining Co.,Ltd.,aiming at the change of raw ore properties of iron series,through experimental research,after the three-stage low-intensity magnetic separa⁃tion of iron series,the automatic elutriation magnetic separator and the full-disk tailings recovery machine are added to improve the quality and reduce the silicon process.The production practice shows that the auto⁃matic elutriation magnetic separator has high separation efficiency,and the grade of iron concentrate is in⁃creased by more than 3 percentage points.The quality of iron concentrate is better than that of traditional low intensity magnetic separator,which effectively reduces the silica content in iron concentrate products,en⁃hances the strain capacity of production organization,improves the quality of iron concentrate products,and has remarkable economic benefits.
