摘 要:为综合回收利用某含金银多金属氧化矿氰化尾渣中的铁,针对氰化尾渣进行了弱磁选和强磁选回收铁的试验研究。试验结果表明:在弱磁粗选磁场强度为238.85 kA/m,弱磁精选磁场强度为159.24 kA/m,弱磁粗选尾矿强磁选磁感应强度为1200 mT的条件下,通过弱磁—强磁分选工艺,获得了全铁品位为64.08%、铁回收率为21.11%的弱磁铁精矿和全铁品位为45.81%、铁回收率为40.31%的强磁铁精矿,综合全铁回收率为61.42%,达到了综合回收利用铁资源的目的。In order to comprehensively recycle iron from cyanide tailings in a containing gold silver polymetallic oxide ore,an experimental study on iron recovery from cyanide tailings by low intensity magnet⁃ic separation and high intensity magnetic separation was carried out.The test results show that under the con⁃dition that the magnetic field intensity of low intensity magnetic roughing is 238.85 kA/m,the magnetic field intensity of low intensity magnetic cleaning is 159.24 kA/m,and the magnetic induction intensity of high in⁃tensity magnetic separation of low intensity magnetic roughing tailings is 1200 mT,the low intensity mag⁃netic iron concentrate with total iron grade of 64.08%and iron recovery rate of 21.11%and the high intensity magnetic iron concentrate with total iron grade of 45.81%and iron recovery rate of 40.31%are obtained by low intensity magnetic-high intensity magnetic separation process.The comprehensive total iron recovery rate is 61.42%,which achieves the purpose of comprehensive recovery and utilization of iron resources.
