摘  要:为了提高丙烯酸吸水树脂的性能,本论文以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)作为改性剂,丙烯酸(AA)为原料,采用水溶液聚合法,制备了改性聚丙烯酸吸水树脂。实验结果显示,当AA用量为20%,中和度为65%,NMBA、KPS、AMPS的用量分别为单体用量的0.04%、2%、20%,AA和CMC的质量之比为7.5:1,制备得到的改性聚丙烯酸吸水树脂,在去离子水、生理盐水、人工血液和人工尿液中的吸水倍率为850倍、118倍、90倍和75倍。在20℃下100 min后保水率为94%,70℃下50 min后保水率为86%。In order to improve the performance of acrylic absorbent resin,the modified polyacrylic acid absorbent resin was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization method using carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)as modifiers and acrylic acid(AA)as raw materials.The experimental results show that when the dosage of AA is 20%,the neutralization degree is 65%,the dosage of NMBA,KPS and AMPS are 0.04%,2% and 20% of the monomer dosage respectively,and the mass ratio of AA to CMC is 7.5:1,the modified polyacrylic acid absorbent resin is prepared.The water absorption rates in deionized water,normal saline,artificial blood and artificial urine are 850 times,118 times,90 times and 75 times.The water retention rate was 94% after 100 min at 20℃,86% after 50 min at 70℃.
