摘 要:针对鄂尔多斯盆地北缘钻井存在的岩性复杂、漏塌同存、储层非均质性强、地层漏失压力低等制约高效开发的钻完井技术难题,通过对比分析国内外致密气钻完井技术,总结鄂尔多斯盆地北缘致密气钻完井面临的主要技术难点,从钻井提速、复杂预防、轨迹控制和长效封固等方面入手,研究形成了复杂岩性地层水平井钻井提速技术、窄压力窗口漏塌一体化防治技术、致密砂岩水平井轨迹高效控制技术和低漏失压力水平井固井技术等,取得了显著的效果,对该地区钻井技术方案设计和钻井提速提效具有较强的借鉴和指导意义。Aiming at the technical problems of drilling and completion in the northern margin of Ordos Basin,such as complex lithology,co-existence of leakage and collapse,strong reservoir heterogeneity and low formation leakage pressure,the main technical difficulties of tight gas drilling and completion in the northern margin of Ordos Basin are summarized by comparing and analyzing tight gas drilling and completion technologies at home and abroad.The key technologies such as drilling speed-up technology for horizontal wells in complex lithologic strata,integrated prevention and control technology for leakage and collapse in narrow pressure window,efficient control technology for horizontal well trajectory in tight sandstone and cementing technology for horizontal wells with low leakage pressure have been studied and formed,and remarkable results have been achieved,which has strong reference and guiding significance for drilling technical scheme design and drilling speed-up and efficiency improvement in this area.
