摘 要:基于临汾宏大雪坪煤矿三采区轨道巷掘进期间受集中应力影响,巷道在450~520 m段巷帮及顶板出现应力显现现象,集中表现在顶板下沉、破碎,两帮收敛及底板鼓起等,严重制约着巷道安全快速掘进,分析了巷道围岩破碎机理,并对破碎区顶板提出了“JW型锚索吊棚+桁架锚索+密集工字钢棚”等联合支护技术,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the influence of concentrated stress during the excavation of the track roadway in the third mining area of the Hongda Xueping coal mine in Linfen,stress phenomena appeared in the 450~520 m section of the roadway and the roof,mainly manifested in the subsidence and fragmentation of the roof,convergence of the two sides,and bulging of the bottom plate,which seriously restricted the safe and rapid excavation of the roadway.The mechanism of rock fragmentation in the roadway was analyzed,and joint support technologies such as“JW type anchor cable suspension shed+truss anchor cable+dense I-beam shed”were proposed for the roof of the fractured area,achieving significant application results.
