摘　　要：道依茨TCG2032燃机的控制和保护系统较完善,在遇到来气浓度或压力波动较大时,就会出现缸温波动较大或者的保护跳机情况;同时,由于环境温度或设备自身温度及自身控制等的影响,常出现燃机无法启动、节气阀卡涩、混合器步进数过大过小等影响燃机正常运行的问题,本文根据日常运行情况,就燃机常见问题和处理方法进行阐述。The control and protection system of Deutz TCG2032 gas turbine is relatively complete.When encountering large fluctuations in incoming gas concentration or pressure,there will be significant fluctuations in cylinder temperature or protection tripping;At the same time,due to the influence of environmental temperature or the temperature of the equipment itself,as well as self control,there are often problems that affect the normal operation of the gas turbine,such as the inability to start the gas turbine,the jamming of the throttle valve,and the large or small number of mixer steps.This article elaborates on common problems and treatment methods of the gas turbine based on daily operation.
