摘  要:天然气混合氨气作燃料一方面可以改善氨气作燃料的燃烧反应性差、火焰极限窄、着火温度高等缺点,另一方面可降低天然气利用过程的碳排放强度,降本减排,同时保障燃气供应安全。采用多种模拟手段探究不同掺氨比天然气输送效率是当前研究的重点,而研究过程中状态方程的合理选择是结果可靠与否的关键。通过研究对比了不同工况下不同掺混比的天然气与氨气在物性计算中状态方程的优选过程。结果表明:在1~12 MPa的压力区间和5~30℃的温度区间内,综合对比分析后发现对于低量掺混氨气的天然气,BWRS状态方程是最优选择,而对于较高掺混比(掺10%(物质的量分数)氨气)的天然气,SRK方程是最优选择。Mixing natural gas with ammonia as a fuel can improve the poor combustion reactivity,narrow flame limit,and high ignition temperature of ammonia as a fuel.On the other hand,it can reduce the carbon emission intensity during the natural gas utilization process,reduce costs and emissions,and ensure the safety of gas supply.The reasonable selection of the state equation during the research process is the key to the reliability of the results.This article compares the optimization process of the state equation in the physical property calculation process of natural gas and ammonia with different mixing ratios under different operating conditions.The results indicate that within the pressure range of 1~12 MPa and the temperature range of 5~30℃,after comprehensive comparative analysis,it was found that the BWRS equation of state is the optimal choice for pure natural gas and natural gas mixed with low amounts of ammonia,while the SRK equation is the optimal choice for natural gas with higher mixing ratios(mixed with 10%ammonia).
