摘 要:利用丹宁酸(TA)和柠檬酸(CA)改性纳米羟基磷灰石(n-HA)得到改性粒子THA和CHA,并在乙醇中与聚柠檬酸酯-1,8辛二醇(POC)预聚体混合均匀,通过烘干、真空热固化得到POC/m-HA(m-HA指n-HA、CHA和THA)复合物。结果表明:m-HA/POC复合物的拉伸强度分别为(3.02±0.13),(4.42±0.26) MPa,杨氏弹性模量分别为(5.12±0.81),(9.37±0.55) MPa,均高于POC弹性体的(1.67±0.10) MPa和(2.96±0.12) MPa,并且THA/POC的拉伸强度和杨氏弹性模量均高于n-HA/POC和CHA/POC复合物;m-HA/POC的72 h溶胀度分别为10.34%±2.52%,15.69%±0.75%,溶胶含量分别为2.17%±0.08%,4.28%±0.08%,均低于POC的18.26%±0.33%和12.01%±1.24%;n-HA掺入对POC的亲水性影响不大,THA粒子的掺入提高了材料的亲水性,而CHA粒子的掺入则降低了材料的亲水性。Nano hydroxyapatite(n-HA)was modified by tannic acid(TA)and citric acid(CA)to obtain modified particles THA and CHA,and then mixed with polycitrate 1,8 octane diol(POC)prepolymer in ethanol,POC/m-HA(m-HA refers to n-HA,CHA and THA)complex was obtained by drying and vacuum thermocuring.The results show that the tensile strength of m-HA/POC composites are(3.02±0.13),(4.42±0.26)MPa,and Young′s modulus are(5.12±0.81),(9.37±0.55)MPa,respectively,which are higher than(1.67±0.10)MPa and(2.96±0.12)MPa of POC elastomers.The tensile strength and Young′s modulus of THA/POC are higher than those of n-HA/POC and CHA/POC composites.The 72 h swelling degree of m-HA/POC were 10.34%±2.52%,15.69%±0.75%,and sol content were 2.17%±0.08%,4.28%±0.08%,respectively,which are lower than 18.26%±0.33%and 12.01%±1.24%of POC.The addition of n-HA has little effect on the hydrophilicity of POC,and THA particles increases the hydrophilicity of POC,while CHA particles decreases the hydrophilicity of POC.
