摘  要:介绍了氯化工艺的危险特性,结合多年工程设计经验,提出了氯化工艺安全控制的设计思路。从工程应用角度对2,4-二氯苯酚项目实例进行分析,根据其生产工艺、具体流程、安全风险评估,给出了该氯化工艺的安全控制建议及措施。结合工程项目的设计运用实践和企业投产后的信息反馈,验证了该设计思路的可行性和控制措施的安全有效性,获得了客户的一致认可。The dangerous characteristics of chlorination process were introduced.Combined with many years of engineering design experience,the design idea of chlorination process safety control was put forward.The project example of 2,4-dichlorophenol was analyzed from the perspective of engineering application.According to the production process,specific flow and safety risk assessment,the safety control suggestions and measures of the chlorination process were provided.Based on the practical application of the project and the information feedback after the enterprise put into operation,the feasibility of the design idea and the safety and effectiveness of the control measures were verified and the customers’approval was obtained.
