摘  要:采用循环伏安电沉积法在碳布上制备MnO_(2)薄膜电极,探究扫描速率对所制备电极材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响。运用拉曼、扫描电子显微镜对材料的结构和形貌进行表征,通过循环伏安法和恒电流充放电对比了不同扫描速率下制备的电极材料在1 mol/L Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液中的超电容性能。研究发现通过调节电沉积的扫描速率能够可控合成不同形貌的MnO_(2),电沉积的扫描速率为40 mV/s时制备的样品的电化学性能最好。通过对本实验的学习,学生可以更好地了解新能源领域的前沿动态,掌握材料制备新工艺以及先进的测试表征技术。通过实验内容与所学理论知识相结合,能显著提高学生的动手能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力,激发创新思维。Manganese dioxide film electrodes were prepared on carbon cloth by cyclic voltammetry electrodeposition.The effect of electrodeposition scanning rate on the structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the prepared electrode materials was investigated.Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the materials.The supercapacitor properties of the electrode materials prepared at different scanning rates were compared through cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge discharge in 1 mol/L Na_(2)SO_(4) solution.It was found that manganese dioxide with different morphologies was controllable synthesized by adjusting the scanning rate of electrodeposition,and the sample prepared at the scanning rate of 40 mV/s shows the best electrochemical performance.Through the study of this experiment,it will make students know more about the frontier trends in the field of new energy development,and enable them to master the preparation process of new materials and advanced testing and characterization techniques.The experimental results can be used to verify theoretical knowledge they have learned which can significantly improve their practical ability and train the students to analyze and solve problems independently.
