摘 要:采用自主开发设计的单塔双循环二氧化氯吸收技术,建设和运行了烟气量为3 500 tDS/d的碱炉硫化物脱除项目。利用二氧化氯强氧化性及单塔双循环结构的高效性,实现了浆厂污染性气体硫元素的无害转化,解决了碱回收炉启机时硫化物排放不达标的问题,且硫化物脱除效果显著。介绍了工程实践中的脱硫原理、技术工艺流程、系统运行结果及设备配置。以期为硫酸盐浆厂硫化物的高效脱除提供参考方案,推动国内碱回收炉尾气处理项目的顺利建成运行。Adopting the self-developed and designed single tower double circulation chlorine dioxide absorption technology,the alkali furnace sulfide removal project with a flue gas volume of 3500 tDS/d had been constructed and operated.The sulfur element of pulp mill had been realized the harmless conversion by the strong oxidation of chlorine dioxide and the high efficiency of the single tower double circulation structure,and the sulfide emission is not up to emission standard when the alkali furnace was started.the removal effect of sulfide is remarkable.The desulfurization principle,technical process,system operation data and equipment configuration in engineering practice were introduced.In order to provide a reference scheme for the efficient removal of sulfide in sulfate pulp mills,and promote the successful completion and operation of domestic alkali recovery furnace tail gas treatment projects.
