摘 要:近年来,国家陆续发布相关标准及要求,强调加强甲烷及VOCs协同控制。油田联合站储罐在生产过程中存在向大气中排放甲烷及VOCs的情况,是陆上石油天然气开采行业甲烷及VOCs的重点排放环节。通过对联合站三相分离器、储罐呼吸阀、抽气装置等涉气流程、装置部件深入调研,分析了储罐呼吸阀异常排放甲烷及VOCs的原因,并提出治理建议,对减少油品蒸发损耗及污染控制具有重要意义。In recent years,the country has successively issued relevant standards and requirements,emphasizing the strengthening of coordinated control of methane and VOCs.During the production process,the storage tanks of the oilfield joint station emit methane and VOCs into the atmosphere,which is a key emission link for methane and VOCs in the onshore oil and gas extraction industry.Through in-depth research on the gas related processes and components of the three-phase separator,storage tank breathing valve,and extraction device in the joint station,the reasons for abnormal methane and VOCs emissions from the storage tank breathing valve were analyzed,and governance suggestions were proposed.This is of great significance for reducing oil evaporation loss and pollution control.
