摘  要:面向多机多目标协同空战目标分配算法研究,以及现有离散粒子群算法在求解大规模决策问题时迭代次数多、收敛速度慢和精度不足的问题,提出一种基于非线性权重的启发式离散粒子群优化算法(NW-HMDPSO)。在典型空战想定条件下,仿真验证了基于NW-HMDPSO的空战目标分配算法。仿真结果表明,该算法能够快速收敛,实现有效的空战目标分配,具有较高的全局搜索能力和局部求解精度。最后,通过算法性能的分析与比较试验,进一步证明了该算法的优越性。Facing the multi-aircraft multi-target collaborative air combat target assignment and the large number of iterations, slow convergence and insufficient accuracy of discrete particle swarm algorithm in solving large-scale decision problems, this paper proposed a non-linear weight-based heuristic discrete particle swarm algorithm(NW-HMDPSO). Under the typical air combat scenario, a multi-aircraft multi-target collaborative air combat target assignment algorithm based on NW-HMDPSO has been verified. The simulation results show that the NW-HMDPSO-based air combat target assignment algorithm can make effective air combat attack decisions and achieve fast convergence, with high local solution accuracy and global search capability. Finally, through the analysis and comparison of algorithm performance, the superior performance of this algorithm has been further analyzed.
