炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合缩宫素预防药物流产出血的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探索炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合缩宫素预防药物流产出血的应用效果。方法在2018年6月-2019年2月期间,我们对河南省驻马店市遂平县第二人民医院的100名妇女进行研究,均接受了行人工流产终止妊娠手术。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50名患者。在手术后的恢复过程中,两组患者均接受了抗生素和缩宫素的治疗。而观察组在此基础上进行了炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。观察两组患者治疗期间的治疗效果以及不良反应。对炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合缩宫素预防人工流产出血的效果进行比较,并探讨其价值。结果在观察组中,患者的阴道平均出血时间明显较对照组短,且各个分时间段也明显短于对照组,具有可比性,P<0.05,且两组阴道出血量比较差异具有可比性,观察组出血量明显低于对照组少,P<0.05;两组患者治疗后子宫血流动力学比较差异明显,具有可比性,P<0.05;治疗后,两组患者的血流动力学比较观察组明显由于对照组,P均<0.05;人流3周后,两组患者HCG转阴率比较差异显著,且观察组较对照组明显提高,子宫内膜厚度比较得出:观察组于对照组差异显著,且观察组较厚,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组人流1月后,感染、不全流产及月经失调的发生率均比对照组低,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在治疗及预防人工流产上,炔雌醇环丙孕酮片以及缩宫素均是好的药物,通过本次研究发现,两种药物联合用药明显对患者的流产后出血情况有更好的作用,同时在预防方面优势也较大,并且联合用药能有效减少出血以及降低出血时间,并且对患者在治疗期间应对和减少并发症、不良反应有优势。Objective To explore the effect of Ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets combined with oxytocin on prevention of medical abortion hemorrhage.Methods From June 2018 to February 2019,we studied 100 women in the Second People's Hospital of Suiping County,Zhumadian,Henan Province,who underwent induced abortion to terminate pregnancy.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.During the recovery process after surgery,both groups of patients received treatment with antibiotics and oxytocin.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets.Observe the treatment efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients during the treatment period.To compare the effect of Ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets combined with oxytocin in preventing induced abortion bleeding,and explore its value.Results In the observation group,the average vaginal bleeding time of patients was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and each time period was also significantly shorter than that of the control group,with comparability(P<0.05),and the difference in vaginal bleeding between the two groups was comparable,the observation group had significantly less bleeding than the control group,with P<0.05.The difference in uterine hemodynamics between the two groups of patients after treatment is significant and comparable,P<0.05;After treatment,the hemodynamic comparison between the two groups of patients was significant in the observation group compared to the control group,with both P<0.05.After 3 weeks of abortion,the HCG conversion rate of the two groups was significantly different,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group;The comparison of endometrial thickness showed that there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group,and the observation group was thicker,and the above differences were statistically signific
