摘　　要：目的评价临床药师对某三甲医院新生儿重症监护室抗菌药物使用的干预效果。方法通过医院信息系统收集2021年7月-12月(临床药师干预前)、2022年1月-6月(临床药师干预后)新生儿重症监护室住院患者抗菌药物使用数据,对抗菌药物使用强度、联合用药、非限制使用级、限制使用级、特殊使用级抗菌药物使用、预防用药使用率、抗菌药物疗程进行统计分析,评价干预效果。结果干预后抗菌药物使用强度、预防用药、联合用药、限制使用级抗菌药物使用率较干预前均有所下降(P<0.05),非限制使用级抗菌药物使用率有所上升(P<0.05),抗菌药物使用疗程较干预前有所缩短(P<0.05)。结论临床药师对新生儿重症监护室抗菌药物使用干预效果明显,与医师密切沟通合作可以促进抗菌药物的合理使用。Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of clinical pharmacists on the use of antibiotics in neonatal intensive care unit of a grade three hospital.Methods Data of antibiotic use among hospitalized patients in neonatal intensive care unit from July to December 2021(before clinical pharmacist intervention)and from January to June 2022(after clinical pharmacist intervention)were collected through the hospital information system.Statistical analysis was carried out on the intensity of use of antibiotics,combination of drugs,use of antibiotics for unrestricted use,restricted use,special use,utilization rate of prophylactic drugs and course of antibacterial drugs,to evaluate the effect of intervention.Results After intervention,the use intensity of antibacterial,prophylactic drugs,combined drugs,and the use rate of restricted antibiotics decreased compared with before intervention(P<0.05),and the use rate of unrestricted antibiotics increased(P<0.05).The course of antibacterial drugs was shortened compared with that before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists intervention has obvious effect on the use of antibiotics in neonatal intensive care unit,and more communication and cooperation with physicians can promote the rational use of antibiotics.
