摘 要:面对纺织行业的诸多挑战,细纱机客户希望降低机器运行的故障率、减少用工成本、提高机器的精确性和生产效率,并且能够实时在线监控每一台细纱机、每一锭纱的运行状态。针对细纱机的这些关注点,设计了一种落管数量精确、变更捻度操作便捷、稳定性高并且能够实时在线监控纺纱状态的新型细纱机,有效助力纺织行业智能化升级。Faced with many challenges in the textile industry,spinning machine customers hope to reduce the failure rate of machine operation,reduce labor costs,improve machine accuracy and production efficiency,and be able to monitor the operation status of each spinning machine and each spindle in real-time online.In response to these concerns of the spinning machine,a new type of spinning machine has been designed with accurate tube drop count,convenient twist change operation,high stability,and the ability to monitor the spinning status in real-time online,effectively assisting in the intelligent upgrading of the textile industry.
